"It was summer and I was in between shows and I had a bit of a beard, and I had a baseball cap on as well. So I was pretty incognito. And the only person who’d really spotted me was this kid across the aisle who was maybe seven or eight, I’m gonna say. And he’s, like, watching the show and then every now and then he’ll just turn and stare at me. Like, cos he’s constantly in his head trying to work it out— “That guy looks a lot like that guy.” And so he tries to get his dad involved, like, he elbows his dad, but his dad’s not having any of it. His dad’s like, “I want to read the paper.” So he keeps looking back, he keeps looking forward, he keeps looking back. And then eventually he just starts staring at me. Like, he just sits there and just stares at me. And the only thing I could do was just look over at him and just shake my head and put my finger across my throat."
